We're not miracle workers!

Although many of our customers who have worn the shoe and have had a life changing experience with the results they provided may disagree! We had a customer buy a pair of shoes two days ago and returned them today. He said that they did not make his heel pain go totally away while wearing the shoes for those 2 days! When asked if it felt any better at all, he said it was less painful during his two 12 hour shifts and his walk at the mall, but his heels still hurt. Even though we explained that we could make some adjustments to the shoes that might make it more comfortable and that he should try it for more than just two days, he refused. His next step is surgery...

As the title said, we are not miracle workers. In his case, his plantar ligament was damaged over time being on his feet on concrete floors, and has gotten worse as he continued to do the 12 hour shifts. On the flip side, it will take a bit of time to heal. Pain in the heel can be very overwhelming and as many of our customers have told us, can rule your life... can I walk through all the stores I need to today, where can I stop to rest and for how long, will I be able to go to the special school event tonight or will the pain be too unbearable...

We do offer a 7 day test drive for our footwear, allowing people to wear them in their normal life to see what the impact is. That does not mean that the pain will be totally gone in 7 days, but it will give you a chance to see if they will work for you. The testimonials on our page is proof that they do work!

Till later,
Caesar...
