One heel feels softer?

We have had a few people who come in and try on the shoes tell us that one coil feels like it compresses more than the other. When we talk to the person more, we usually find one of ytwo things: either they have a leg length discrepancy or they have had an injury to one side (either foot, leg, knee or hip). With an injury, they have been favoring one side for a long time and therefore they hit heavier on the opposite side, causing the spring to compress more. In either case, we can many times adjust for this and get the shoes feeling like a matched pair. Many times though with an injury, as the injury heals the person will stop favoring their damaged side and will get back to walking normal.

Till later,
Caesar...
