I have written about customer service before, and today, we had an affirmation that we are doing great in this area! We received an unsolicited letter from a new customer who came into our store with her mother for a pair of Z-CoiL's.

I am writing to thank you for the great customer service you provided in assisting my mother, my sister and I to purchase our Z-Coil Pain Relief Footwear on Saturday, January 7, 2006 and on Wednesday, January 11,2006 respectively. Each one of us brought home a pair of nice shock-absorbing shoes. We like them very much as they are comfortable to fit on our feet and they function as described.
We concluded after visiting your store that you are a neat sales associate. Your professional knowledge about the products your store carries is apparent: you brought to us various relevant information about the shoes and in what way they might help.
