You got a screw loose??

Are your coils loose or are you getting a clicking sound? This is not really common but it can happen... The coil on the Z-CoiL is held on by a screw that is reached by removing the insole. You will see a small flap, and under that flap is the screw.

Sometimes, depending on your use, the screw can come loose. If this happens, either come on in and we will tighten it or use a phillips screwdriver to tighten it up yourself.

If it comes too loose, the top of the coil, called the Z-Nut, can get separated from the coil. This needs to be reglued, which takes about two minutes in the store. Normally, if this happens, you will get a clicking sound. So come on in and we will fix it for you!

Z-CoiL Footwear is more than just a shoe, so sometimes things like this can occur. Hopefully, the pain relief you receive is well worth it!

Till later,
Caesar...

I just had to leave a note...

THANK YOU for this. Saved me a trip downtown for something that I could easily fix myself.
